8 Week Cohort Membership programme designed specifically for female Equestrians who want to improve their fitness, strength & confidence off horse to improve their performance & confidence ON horse. Focusing on improving stamina, balance, stability & strength so you can ride at your best. Delivered through an easy to use app, you'll follow a structured progressive training programme over the 8 weeks to finally help you to become consistent with your fitness without it taking over your life!

8 week training programme from home delivered directly to your device, allowing you access anytime, anywhere to your sessions to train from home or the yard.

 

You have exercise video demos from Katie to give you direction so you know exactly what to do & to ensure exercises are done correctly.

Progressive Rider Specific Strength & Conditioning Programme

 3 Rider Specific strength & conditioning workouts every week from home.

1 Mobility day & 1 aerobic day.

 

Mobility routines, warm-ups, strength & cardio workouts all included so you have every element of fitness in one place.

Each week the programme will follow the principle of progressive overload to ensure you get fitter, stronger & see great progress. 

 

Education & Accountability

Education is a huge part of all training programmes at ERF. Knowledge is power!

 

Alongside your training you will have access to educational guides, learning resources as well as weekly team calls as a member of the cohort!

Katie will be here to provide accountability so you can ensure you show up, keep consistent & progress
