First Stride is my beginner-friendly 8-week rider fitness programme designed to get busy female equestrians stronger, moving better & riding with more confidence. Start whenever you're ready with structured 30-minute sessions that are made to fit around your horse & everyday life. No gym, no fancy equipment needed just a programme that gets results in & out of the saddle.

8 week strength & conditioning training programme, allowing you to access your workouts anytime, anywhere whether you're at home, at the yard or travelling.

30 Minute workouts 3 x per week, 1 mobility session & 1 aerobic day.

Every session includes full video demonstrations from Katie so you know exactly what to do to ensure exercises are done correctly to see results & progress.

Using your bodyweight & bands, designed for riders who are new to training or after a break & want quick, effective sessions that transfer into the saddle.

Rider Specific Strength & Conditioning

Complete 3 x 30-minute rider-specific strength sessions each week, plus a mobility session & optional cardio day.

Every workout is designed to help you become stronger, more balanced, more stable in the saddle & move better so your fitness transfers directly to your riding.

Mobility routines, warm-ups, strength & cardio workouts all included so you have every element of fitness in one place.

Each week the programme will follow the principle of progressive overload to ensure you're constantly improving & see great progress. 

 

Education & Coaching

Education is a huge part of all training programmes at ERF. Knowledge is power!

Building a stronger rider isn't just about workouts.

You'll get access to rider-specific education, guides & resources to help you understand your training, improve your recovery & build habits that last long after the programme finishes. Covering nutrition, mindset, sleep & much more.

 

Alongside your training you will have access to educational guides, learning resources as well as weekly team calls with Katie & the other riders at ERF.

Katie will be here to provide accountability so you can ensure you show up, keep consistent & make the progress you're looking for. Don't be afraid to ask questions; that's how we improve!
