Ride Strong Programme

Ride Strong is my 1-2-1 coaching programme for riders who want more than just a training plan.

Choose to train in the gym or from home with a progressive rider specific strength & conditioning plan designed to improve your performance in the saddle. You'll receive direct coaching from Katie, regular feedback, accountability and daily 1-2-1 support to help you stay consistent and continue progressing. Ride Strong is perfect if you're ready for more support, more accountability and more coaching, without needing a fully bespoke 1-2-1 programme.

Rider Specific Training

12 week strength & conditioning training programme, choose to train in the gym or from home. The programme is designed to fit around your riding & life rather than you squeezing yourself around it.

3 x S& C sessions per week, 1 mobility session & 1 coached aerobic day.

Every session includes full video demonstrations, coaching cues & progress tracking so you know what to do & can see progress each week.

Covering all bases of strength, stability, mobility & stamina so you see your hard work paying off with results in the saddle.

1-2-1 Coaching

As you get stronger & fitter your programme progresses with you. Helping you to continue building strength, stability, endurance & confidence so you can keep seeing great results without hitting a plateau.

The main difference with Ride Strong compared to First Stride is that you're working directly with Katie every day.

You'll receive personalised feedback through messages, comments in the app & video feedback to help you improve technique & learn everything you need to move better & keep progressing for the long run.

You have access to all resource hubs, recipe guides, training resources, mindset tasks & so much more as part of Ride Strong.

Every Sunday you'll complete a weekly check in to review your week & the progress you're making, from here we can assess how you're progressing, deal with any challenges & ensure you have everything you need to keep you focused & always seeing results.

Personalised nutrition coaching is included inside Ride Strong alongside mindset coaching & regular weekly reflections.

You have access to the weekly Team Training call on Zoom with Katie & the other members of ERF & daily support with Katie through Whatsapp.

Ride strong is built to ensure you can see results week in week out, have a coach regularly reviewing your progress, celebrating your wins & helping you overcome any obstacles along the way.

Community & Accountability

Stay motivated with the other riders inside ERF. With your weekly coaching calls, the private rider community, Whatsapp support & a coach who's there to answer your questions you have everything you need to succeed.

You just show up, put the work in & see the results happen on & off horse. 

Ride Strong uses 1-2-1 coaching so you can learn everything you need to, gain all the tools you need so that you can keep seeing results even after your time in the programme, build strong habits & finally make training a part of your lifestyle around your horses & life.
