12 week strength & conditioning training programme, training from wherever you wish. We build the programme around what you want, need & what works for you.

It's up to you how many strength, mobility sessions & aerobic days you do. Following your off horse movement assessment we will discuss what you want & what I think you need & your training programme is built from here.

Every programme is specifically designed around your body, riding goals, injuries, experience & time.

Ensuring the exercises you do are specific to help your riding performance, with this programme being built for YOU it's guaranteed to give amazing results.

1-2-1 Coaching

You will be working directly with Katie 1-2-1. Daily Whatsapp voice notes, messages to keep you accountable, supported & answer any questions you may have.

You'll receive detailed feedback on exercises & sessions done to help you improve form, have confidence you're doing the exercises correctly to ensure you make the most progress you can.

Through food diary days we'll be looking at what you eat in a day, to ensure your diet is covering all bases to help fuel your body & recover from training & riding.

We'll be covering all bases from sleep, hormones, stress, lifestyle management to give you the most support & allow you to make the best progress in your riding & sessions.

Holistic Approach

The best results happen when you factor in every moving part.

Riding better, getting fitter & stronger isn't just about the training. It's one very important part but there are lots of other factors so we'll be covering all bases to ensure you give your body everything it needs to perform at it's best in or out of the saddle & equip yourself with all the tools you need to keep making progress in the long run.

You have access to the weekly team training call, support from the other riders in the group & you're part of a group of like minded horsey girls all working towards the same end goal, to be the best for their horse!

Unlimited training, nutrition, sleep, hormonal & mindset resources. 1-2-1 weekly check ins with Katie, voice note or video feedback, mindset tasks to complete through the week. This programme literally gives it all to you.

When it comes to getting great results accountability & support are the secret ingredients to a epic result. 

You have priority support with Katie whether that's daily Whatsapp touch points, Zooms if you need help, regular video feedback so you always have someone in your corner helping & supporting you.

 

Alongside all of that support you're being supported by all of the other amazing Equestrians in the group, ERF isn't just an exercise programme it's a community where everyone helps to lift one another up on the tough days & celebrate the wins on the good ones!
